INTEROCEAN AMERICAN SHIPPING CORPORATION (IAS) is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware in 1975 for the purpose of operating tankers and other oceangoing vessels owned by affiliated companies and third party U.S. and international owners. IAS is headquartered at 302 Harper Drive, Suite 200, Moorestown, NJ 08057.
 


Over the thirty years since inception, the company name has changed from Interocean Management Corporation (IOM) to Interocean Ugland Management Corporation (IUM), and finally to INTEROCEAN AMERICAN SHIPPING CORPORATION (IAS). Throughout that time, Interocean - as the company has always been called - has been known for quality ship management and for personalized service, provide to each and every customer.
